Compatibility with machines:
The counter knife can be used for the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Eldan Recycling brand.
Cutting performance and durability:
Through the use of different materials and the variance in the cutting geometry, the cutting tool can be configured to the break down application in terms of throughput and lifespan.
In the X-version, the counter knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variation in most break down applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.
Here we offer you an applicable combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.
In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifetime.
Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.
General characteristics:
The measurements of the counter knife are 403mm long, 72mm wide and 40mm high.
Since the counter knife is part of our Eco Line, the spare part offers a favourable alternative to the Premium Line.
