This counter knife is applicable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders from Zeno Zerkleinerungsmaschinen.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable influence on the resistance and lifespan.

The toughness of this B1-version is so high, due to the particular core strength, that the counter knife of this variation perfectly suits applications where the input is contaminated with impurities. However, it also wears out more quickly.

Items of this option are case-hardened, so that the hardness is noticeably higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The product is sold as a whole set, consisting of 4 parts.

This component fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 70mm. Due to the broad range of shredding models, further configuration variations may be available.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

 

General characteristics:

The counter knife is 2192mm long, 190.6mm wide and 44.5mm high.
