The counter knife is compatible with the Lindner Jupiter model by the manufacturer Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the service life can be impacted by the material and the cutting geometry. This means that the efficiency can be well customised to the input.
The W9-version wears more quickly than the X-variant, but also has increased toughness and is insensitive to impurities. However, the hardness of the W9-variation is lower than that of the X-option.
In this version, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifespan.
Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be acutely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
This component suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 117mm. Due to the broad range of shredding machines, further configuration variations may be available.
When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
