This counter knife is suitable for recycling machines of the Lindner Saturn model from the manufacturer Lindner Recyclingtech.

In comparison to the Y-, X-, W- and W9-options, the W8-variation wears more rapidly, but in return demonstrates high toughness. This variant is resistant to many impurities and is accordingly ideal for utilizations with demanding conditions. This W8-option has an advantage in terms of sustainability. This is because worn out products can usually be re-welded or re-armoured without resulting in breakage or machine damage. The material is a cold work steel.
Products of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.
Fastening in the machine:
The counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 117mm. Due to the broad range of shredder models, other configuration variations are possible.
When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

The counter knife is 347.4mm long, 146mm wide and 38mm high.
As this counter knife belongs to the Premium Line, the cutting tool is produced exclusively in Germany.
