The counter knife can be installed in the Lindner Jupiter and Lindner Saturn model series from Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable influence on the insensitivity and lifespan.
Knives in this W-option are 5% softer in comparison to the X-variation and have a lower susceptibility to impurities. This spare is produced out of alloyed tool steel, which makes it suitable for demanding break down applications. However this version has a shorter longevity.
Products of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.
However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the items. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
Fastening in the machine:
This item suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 145mm. Due to the broad range of shredding models, other configuration variants may be available.
When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The dimensions of the component are 344.6mm in length, 196mm in width and 47mm in height.
