The W3-variation wears faster than the Y-, X-, W- and W9-versions, but has a very high toughness. This variants defies many impurities and is therefore applicable for demanding utilizations. This counter knife of the W8 can usually be welded or armoured on again without any subsequent breakage. The material is a cold work steel.
In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifetime.
Fastening in the machine:
The item is suitable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 87mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, further configuration variations can be realised.
When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an ideal condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
