The performance of the spare part depends primarily on the version of the material and cutting shape.
By contrast, the W9-variation wears more rapidly than the X-variant due to its lower hardness. Also the insensitivity to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-option is a remarkable feature compared to the X-option.
In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifespan.
However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the components. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
Fastening in the machine:
This counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 126mm. Due to the wide range of shredder models, other configuration variants are possible.
When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
