Compatibility with machines:
The counter knife is an exact fit for the Lindner Jupiter, Lindner Micromat, and Lindner Universo series from the Lindner Recyclingtech brand.
Cutting performance and durability:
The wear behaviour and thus also the longevity can be impacted by the material and the cutting geometry. This means that the performance can be well adapted to the break down application.
The W9-option wears faster than the X-variation, but also has increased toughness and is insensitive to impurities. However, the hardness of the W9-variant is lower than that of the X-version.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.
We emphasise that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 65mm and 87mm. Due to the wide range of recycling machines, other configuration variants are possible.
It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
