The product can be matched to the operational scenario, depending on the various materials and the variance in shape.

The W9-variation wears faster than the X-variant, but also has increased toughness and is insensitive to impurities. However, the hardness of the W9-version is lower than that of the X-option.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the tool life of the counter knife.

However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the spare parts. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

The spare part is ideal for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 43mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, further configuration variants can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

General characteristics:

The measurements of the counter knife are 344.5mm long, 136mm wide and 27mm high.

As the counter knife is part of our Eco Line, this cutting tool is a cost-efficient alternative to the Premium Line.
