Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the tool life of the counter knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This component is applicable for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration variants can be realised.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
