The counter knife has been designed for Lindner Antares model range by manufacturer Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
This item can be customised to the break down application, depending on the different materials and varying cutting geometry.
The W9-variation wears more rapidly than the X-option, but also has increased toughness and is resistant to impurities. However, the hardness of the W9-version is lower than that of the X-variant.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.
We highlight that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 43mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration variants are possible.
When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

This counter knife is 308mm long, 116mm wide and 27mm high.
