Compatibility with machines:
This counter knife can be used for crushing machines of the Lindner Antares model series from Lindner Recyclingtech.
Cutting performance and durability:
The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the knife life can be impacted by the material and the cutting geometry. This means that the performance can be well configured to the break down application.
By contrast, the W9-version wears faster than the X-variant due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-option is a noteworthy feature compared to the X-variation.
In this variant, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears evenly over its lifetime.
Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The product fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 43mm. Due to the broad range of models, further configuration variants may be available.
When fitting the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The measures of the component are 308mm in length, 114mm in width and 27mm in height.
As this counter knife belongs to the Premium Line, the cutting tool presented is exclusively made in German manufacturing.
