Compatibility with machines:
The counter knife can be inserted for the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Lindner Recyclingtech brand.
Cutting performance and durability:
The shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable effect on the insensitivity and service life.
Based on cold-work steel as the material of the W8-variation, it is characterised by high toughness. In terms of resistance to impurities, this makes it ideal for demanding utilizations in most cases. This variant is sustainable, as it can usually be re-welded or re-armoured after the product has worn out. Consequently there is no breakage or machine damage afterwards. However, the W8-option wears out faster compared to the Y-, X-, W- and W9-variants.
Cutting tools of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life cycle.
Fastening in the machine:
This cutting tool is applicable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 117mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, further configuration variations can be realised.
When installing, please also assure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
