The X-variation of this product is made of tool steel. This option has a medium hardness and lays between the W- and Y-variations.

Here we offer you a suitable combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifespan.

We highlight that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 3 parts.

The spare part is fitting for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration variants can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
