In the X-version, the counter knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most break down applications. It is characterised by a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears homogenously over its lifetime.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be significantly weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

The product is sold as a whole set, consisting of 3 parts.

This cutting tool is applicable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, further configuration variants can be realised.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
