The toughness of this B1-variation is so high, due to the particular core strength, that the counter knife of this version excellently fits applications where the input material is contaminated with impurities. Nonetheless, it also wears out more quickly.

A counter knife of this variant is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the item irregular in terms of service life.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 3 parts.

The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of shredder models, other configuration variants are possible.

When attaching the counter knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
