The counter knife perfectly fits the Vecoplan VNZ model by the machine manufacturer Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

This component can be configured to the area of application, depending on the particular materials and varying shape.

The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard version in most areas of application.

This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.

Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be acutely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This product is ideal for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration variations can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
