Counter knife GMVP2965-1VF1K-E by CUTMETALL for recycling machines by Vecoplan.

 

Compatibility with machines:

This counter knife is fitting for crushing machines of the Vecoplan VNZ model from the manufacturer Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the knife life can be influenced by the material and the shape. This means that the efficiency can be well configured to the application area.

This B1-variation is characterized by its resistance to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this variant. However, knives of this version wear out more quickly.

A counter knife of this option is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the product irregular in terms of tool life.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The cutting tool fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of recycling models, other configuration variants may be available.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
