Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.

We emphasise that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The item suits knives and cutters with a length and width of 34mm. Due to the broad range of shredding machines, further configuration options may be available.

When fitting the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
