This counter knife is perfectly applicable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a significant effect on the resistance and product lifetime.

Comparatively, the W9-variant is softer than the X-option. Furthermore, the W9-variation wears also faster. On the other hand, it has the advantage of increased toughness and is also insensitive to impurities.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will acutely weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The spare part is fitting for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 43mm. With regard to the various range of models, further configuration variants can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

 

General characteristics:

The counter knife is 269.5mm long, 96mm wide and 27mm high.
