This counter knife is an exact fit for the Vecoplan VAZ, Vecoplan VAZ 1300, and Vecoplan VAZ 1600 series from the Vecoplan company.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the knife life can be impacted by the material and the shape. This means that the performance can be well adjusted to the input material.

The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard version in most applications.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this option, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.

We emphasise that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the wide range of shredder models, other configuration variants are possible.

When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
