Counter knife GMED0218-950-E by CUTMETALL for crushing machines by Eldan Recycling.

Compatibility with machines:

The counter knife can be used for the Eldan HPG, Eldan HPG 205, Eldan HR 202, Eldan HR and Heavy Rasper models from the producer Eldan Recycling.

Cutting performance and durability:

The performance of the component depends predominantly on the variant of the material and cutting shape.

Comparatively, the W9-variation is softer than the X-version. Furthermore, the W9-option wears also faster. On the other hand, it has the advantage of increased toughness and is also resistant to impurities.

In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

The measurements of the counter knife are 218mm long, 80mm wide and 50mm high.
