This X-option counter knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variation in most areas of application. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 6 parts.

The item suits knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of recycling models, further configuration variants may be available.

When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
