This B1-version is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this option. Nonetheless, knives of this variation wear out more quickly.

A counter knife of this variant is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the product irregular in terms of tool life.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife is sold as a whole set, consisting of 2 parts.

The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 30mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration options are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
