Compatibility with machines:

The counter knife is to be installed in the Vecoplan VAZ, Vecoplan VAZ 800, and Vecoplan VDS model series from Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the longevity can be influenced by the material and the shape. This means that the efficiency can be well adjusted to the input material.

The toughness of this B1-option is so high, due to the special core strength, that the counter knife of this variation ideally fits applications where the input is loaded with impurities. Nonetheless, it also wears out more rapidly.

In this variant, the products are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the component wears out less at the beginning of its life, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife is sold as a whole set, consisting of 2 parts.

This counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the wide range of models, other configuration options are possible.

When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

 

General characteristics:

The dimensions of the cutting tool are 794.4mm in length, 108.5mm in width and 34.5mm in height.

As this counter knife belongs to the Premium Line, the spare part is produced exclusively in Germany.
