This counter knife is to be installed in the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 1300 machine models from Vecoplan.

This X-variant counter knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard version in most areas of application. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the tool life of the counter knife.

We underline that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The item is sold as a whole set, consisting of 2 parts.

This product suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of shredding machines, further configuration variations may be available.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
