This counter knife can be used in the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 1300 model series from the manufacturer Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting geometry and the material used for constructing have a significant influence on the insensitivity and product lifespan.

The toughness of this B1-option is so high, due to the particular core strength, that the counter knife of this variation ideally suits applications where the input is contaminated with impurities. Nonetheless, it also wears out more rapidly.

A counter knife of this version is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the item irregular in terms of service life.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The product is sold as a whole set, consisting of 2 parts.

The spare part is suitable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, further configuration options can be realised.

When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
