This counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-option, which is the standard variant in most break down applications.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the tool life of the counter knife.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this version, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

The product is sold as a whole set, consisting of 2 parts.

This cutting tool suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the broad range of shredding models, other configuration options may be available.

When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
