This product can be configured to the area of application, depending on the various materials and the variance in shape.
In comparison, the W9-version wears more rapidly than the X-option due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-variant is a remarkable feature compared to the X-variation.
Products of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life cycle.
Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The counter knife is mounted external on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.
When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The dimensions of the counter knife are 143mm long, 80mm wide and 40mm high.
