Through the use of different materials and the variance in the cutting shape, the cutting tool can be adjusted to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and service life.

The B1-variant has a high core strength, but is also more sensitive to wear. The advantage of this variation is its high toughness. Spare Parts of this design can also be used with input material that is loaded with impurities.

In this option, the cutting tools are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the item wears out less at the beginning of its life span, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This spare part suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the broad range of recycling models, further configuration options may be available.

When attaching the counter knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
