The cutting tool can be adapted to the break down application, depending on the various materials and the variance in cutting shape.

This B1-variation is characterized by its resistance to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this option. Nonetheless, knives of this version wear out more rapidly.

Cutting tools of this variant are case-hardened, so that the hardness is noticeably higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the broad range of models, other configuration variations are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

 

General characteristics:

The following dimensions are available: 1298mm length, 133.8mm width, 33.5mm height.
