This counter knife can be fitted for Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 1100 models from the Vecoplan brand.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The product can be configured to the application area, depending on the various materials and the variance in shape.

The toughness of this B1-variation is so high, due to the particular core strength, that the counter knife of this version perfectly fits applications where the input is contaminated with impurities. Nonetheless, it also wears out more rapidly.

Products of this option are case-hardened, so that the hardness is clearly higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 2 parts.

This counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the wide range of recycling machines, other configuration options are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
