Here we offer you an applicable combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifespan.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is sold as a whole set, consisting of 10 parts.

This spare part suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of shredding machines, further configuration variants may be available.

When attaching the counter knife, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
