This cleaning cutting crown can be fitted for Vecoplan VAZ, Vecoplan VAZ 2000, and Vecoplan VNZ models from the Vecoplan brand.

The wear behaviour and thus also the service life can be impacted by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the efficiency can be well adapted to the application scenario.

In the X-variant, this cutting crown is made of tool steel, which is our standard variation in most applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this version, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the brush cutter wears steadily over its lifespan.

Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

General characteristics:

The cutting crown is 80mm long, 80mm wide and 50mm high.

This favourable variant in comparison to our Premium Line is part of the Eco Line.
