This X-version counter knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard option in most break down applications. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

This cutting tool is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration variations can be realised.

When attaching the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
