Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the service life of the counter knife.
We underline that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.
This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of models, other configuration variants are possible.
When attaching the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
