In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will seriously weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

This counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of recycling machines, further configuration variations are possible.

When attaching the counter knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
