This screen basket is predominantly intended for the Vecoplan VAZ series from Vecoplan.
Performance and screening behaviour:
By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually matched to the area of application in terms of throughput and longevity.
This insensitive steel of the A-variation promises a long service life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the additional hardness, it is ideal for use in demanding operational scenarios.
The round cutouts of the screen basket have a diameter of 50mm each. This allows the input material to be processed reliably. The margin width of the perforated surface measure 16mm each.
General Characteristics:
As the screen basket does not require any additional upgrades, the screen basket has a sheet thickness of over 12mm. On top of that, the width of the spare part presented measures 2520mm.
