The screen basket is suitable for the Vecoplan VAZ recycling machine from the machine manufacturer Vecoplan.

By using different materials and varying the shape, the screen basket can be individually customized to the application area in terms of throughput and service life.
This Creusabro high carbon steel variation can take high wear even under heavy loads due to its composition. Therefore it is ideal for demanding areas of application.
The round cutouts of the screen basket have a diameter of 40mm each. This allows the input material to be screened properly. The margin width of the perforated surface measure 20mm each.
General Characteristics:
In order to withstand the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen basket was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 12mm and a width of exactly 2030mm.
