Through the use of particular materials and the variance in the shape, the item can be adjusted to the application area in terms of throughput and service life.
The W-variation has a lower wear resistance compared to the X-option, but shows a higher toughness. Knives of this version are used when the contact surface is no longer in an ideal condition or the input contains impurities. In the W-variant, this product is also manufactured from tool steel.
Spare parts of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.
To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 3 parts.
This counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the wide range of models, other configuration variations are possible.
It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

The counter knife is 2051mm long, 129mm wide and 37mm high.
