Products of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will seriously weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 3 parts.

The counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration variants are possible.

When attaching the counter knife, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
