The screen basket is perfectly applicable for the Vecoplan VAZ series from the manufacturer Vecoplan.
Performance and screening behaviour:
By using different materials and varying the geometry, the screen basket can be individually matched to the application area in terms of throughput and tool life.
This A-variation is an ideal choice in terms of longevity. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.
To enable the screen basket to process the input material reliably, this screen basket has circular cutouts. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 70mm and the spaces between the perforations are 15mm each.
As a supplementary equipment of the screen basket, it has chip breakers. This allows the pieces of input, which are still unsuitable but already narrow enough to be screened out, to be held in the recycling machine until they have reached the proper size range.
General Characteristics:
The accuracy of fit of the screen basket is based on the width of 1840mm and a sheet thickness of 10mm. This means that the product shown can be installed suitably in the respective recycling machine.
