In the X-version, this rotor knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most break down applications. It is characterised by a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

In this option, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears evenly over its lifespan.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will significantly weaken the structure.

 

General characteristics:

The subsequent measures are available: 300mm length, 110mm width, 34.5mm height.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 70°.

This favourable variant in comparison to our Premium Line is part of the Eco Line.
