This counter knife is to be fitted for the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 1800 models from Vecoplan.

Through the use of different materials and varying the shape, the cutting tool can be matched to the break down application in terms of throughput and durability.
In the X-variation, this counter knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.
Here you are offered a beneficial compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the tool life of the counter knife.
We underline that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The item is sold as a whole set, consisting of 4 parts.
This component suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the wide range of shredding models, further configuration options may be available.
When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
General characteristics:
The measurements of the product are 1798mm in length, 110mm in width and 25mm in height.
As the counter knife is part of our Eco Line, this spare part is a cost-efficient alternative to the Premium Line.
