TSR PRE-SHREDDER

The slow-running twin-shaft shredder was developed for difficult materials and high throughputs. The adjustable and asynchronous rotor speed enables uniform and reliable shredding. A solid, load-optimised welded construction guarantees a long life cycle. Good accessibility makes maintenance easy. The rotor blades as well as the scrapers are made of wear-resistant quality steel. The machine has a powerful electric drive via planetary gears with high power reserves. It reliably copes with difficult shredding tasks and large material flow rates.

XL PRE-SHREDDER

THM's massive XL pre-shredder is designed throughout to process even difficult materials, including larger metal parts, without compromise. The forged rotor and extremely robust blades process the parts by cutting and breaking until they fit through the pre-set screen. This is made possible by high flywheel mass with a clutch system and special motors - and all this at the lowest possible energy costs.

XG UNIVERSAL GRANULATOR

The THM Universal Granulator XG is used for single-stage shredding of a wide range of different materials. Whether wood, substitute fuel, cable scrap, electronic scrap, metals or other materials, the Universal Granulator XG gets it small. Thanks to the large inlet opening, the Universal Granulator can also shred very large and bulky items to the desired final size in a single operation.

A segmented granulating screen is mounted below the rotor. The hydraulically swivelling screen basket enables the screen segments to be changed quickly and easily. The output grain size is determined by the selection of the screen hole size.

TQZ CROSS-FLOW SHREDDER

With its revolutionary shredding technology, the original TQZ Querstromzerspaner sets standards in the shredding of white goods, electronic scrap & Co. In this recycling machine, chains take over the shredding and disintegration work instead of the conventional knives.

As a result of this innovative approach, the TQZ Querstromzerspaner offers a double added value: through efficient, problem-free separation even of components containing pollutants as well as significantly lower costs for wearing parts. The TQZ Querstromzerspaner plays to its strengths wherever a wide variety of composite materials have to be broken down gently and efficiently. It is also convincing in the case of fractions rich in impurities.

AG GRANULATOR

ZMK GRANULATOR

The granulator for extreme tasks at high throughput rates. With its large rotor diameter, reinforced housing, extremely massive stator knife bars and a rotor lined with massive cast wear tiles, this granulator is equal to almost any task.

Due to the enormous rotor mass, a high torque is generated when the rotor rotates, which easily overcomes high load peaks. Where other shredding machines reach their limits, this granulator comes into its own.

ZM GRANULATOR

The extremely robust ZM granulators were developed for metal shredding, but their exceptional shredding qualities are also convincing for other materials such as cable scrap, plastic waste & Co. Regardless of whether the machines shred metal, recover recyclable materials or process refuse-derived fuels: Every granulator does its job with flying colours.

All components are designed for maximum load capacity. A prime example is the machine's rotor: forged and specially rolled, it is made for demanding continuous use even in the tough working environment of scrap processing. The single-shaft shredder has an electric drive via V-belt and a large flywheel, including an integrated adjustable slipping clutch. Further advantages are the hydraulic screen change unit by means of a scissor lift table and the easy-to-change wear parts as well as the feed hopper with hydraulic re-pressing device. The fill level is monitored by a fill level sensor (microwave). Central lubrication. The machine is controlled by an electric switch cabinet with control panel. The material is discharged via an optional vibrating chute or an optional discharge belt.

CM GRANULATOR

When it comes to small particle sizes, the CM granulator from THM is big. By means of wear-resistant rotor and cutting blades, this regrinder shreds the ground material until the granulate has the desired size.

The user determines the fineness of the granulate by selecting a defined sieve. The granulate is collected in a trough below the machine and discharged pneumatically or by screw conveyor.

BIO-TQZ CROSS-FLOW SHREDDER

Quality makes the difference in biogas production. If you want to produce biogas efficiently, you need substrates that produce as much methane as possible in the fermenter. THM's BIO-TQZ cross-flow shredder delivers the required qualities. Unlike conventional shredders, the BIO-TQZ does not shred the input materials with knives, but uses a rotating chain.

The chain shreds the plants and plant residues and thoroughly breaks up their cell structures. The result is a homogeneous substrate that is decomposed more quickly by bacteria and produces a significantly higher gas yield. Foreign matter is separated and can subsequently be removed. THM's Bio-TQZ prepares the input materials or organic waste for the biogas plant into a homogeneous substrate. Fractions that are impurities or can form a floating layer are separated from the biomaterial.

KPS COMPACT SHREDDER

The KPS shredder is a compact single-shaft shredder with an elongated material feed shaft. A feed roller is installed there, which automatically feeds the long parts to be shredded to the rotor. The solid rotor is equipped with replaceable blades. With its sturdy machine housing and well thought-out design, the shredder offers additional added value in the form of a long service life and easy tool and screen changes.
