in machine knives
1997Separate manufacturing company founded, CutMetall Ukraine
1998Expansion of production to include conventional milling
and turning technology.
1999Commissioning of 2 automatic lathes for cutter crown manufacture.
2000Expansion of production to 3 CNC machining centres.
2001CutMetall Ukraine begins selling knives in Eastern Europe.
2002CTS CutMetall Top Service GmbH founded
to manufacture carbide-tipped knives
2004Extensive investment in the expansion and series production of cutter crowns, block knives and counterknives, commissioning of 2 CNC machining centres, 1 large-area grinding machine, 120kW and 2.5m2 clamping area
2005Commissioning of separate annealing plant with 2m3 annealing oven
and 3 tempering furnaces for special heat treatment, expansion of sawmill
to include a large bandsaw and a fully automatic bandsaw, commissioning of 2 more large-area grinding machines with rotary magnets
2006Introduction of a new ERP Software
