Sharpening service:
- Make use of our sharpening service with the knowledge that your
high-performance knives will be sharpened by the manufacturer that produced them. On receiving your knives, we will inspect for damage as well as analyse the degree of wear and wear pattern so that we can provide you with advice on improving your existing milling processes.
- Have your knives sharpened professionally using diamond wheels.
Scheduling service:
- Make use of our scheduling service to sharpen your knives regularly according to a specific schedule. We will collect and deliver your knives at the times you specify.
- You can also arrange blanket orders for your production system in line with
a specific schedule.
On-site service:
- When planning new projects, some customers may have more than just the odd query. If you would prefer on-site consultation, please contact us to arrange a meeting at your premises.
New projects:
- We play an active role in integrating knives into your new project plans. We will analyse your existing cutting components and rework the geometry to make them compatible for carbide adaptation to make sure you are always equipped with the right high-performance knives.
Cutmetall-plus blade return service:
- If you already use blades made from extremely wear-resistant materials
(e.g. 1.2379), you can return these materials to us in batches of 3 tonnes
or more sorted by type. The cash value of these used materials will then be credited to your company account.
